During her career at Integer (Greatbatch), a publicly held $1.4B global manufacturer of human implantable medical devices and components, Mary led the IT integration program after an acquisition that more than doubled the size of the organization and then led the consolidation of multiple data centers to the cloud and the conversion of 15 plants to a single instance Oracle ERP. Under Mary’s leadership, she transformed the Integer IT department and systems environment to a mature, high-performing business partner culture with state-of-the-art systems including Oracle EBS, Hyperion, Workday HRIS, Business Intelligent Cloud platform, leading edge Unified Communications and many others while keeping costs 40% below industry average for her peer group.
